After the declaration of the exam date for both JEE 2020 and NEET 2020, it is very hard to assume that the government is going to be backfoot. There is a huge gap initiated between both the government and the state. After the failure of written permission by the state to the center; It is very hard for students to assume that the exam is going to cancel. Students are continually in the hope that the government will postpone the Exam. Some state which has raised the concern of Student health now agree and announced to give the whole facility and hygiene to the student to avoid the spread of Covid-19. UGC Guidline for final year student, student cannot be promoted without final year exam

So finally the suspense of the final year exam is over, Supreme court on Friday said the exam is a must for the degree. Further delay in the exam will be a loss for many other students. The court said that the state or the disaster management authority could delay the final year exam but cannot scrap it. It is a must for a final year student to give an exam and students cannot be promoted without their exam. However, the court also said that if the state has decided that it cannot hold the final examination by September 30, then they shall approach UGC for fixing a new schedule. After the announcement of the date of NEET 2020 And JEE 2020 by NTA; student and their parents demanded to postponed the exam date. Every Year the exam was over in the month of March. JEE exam is conducted in 2 phases. with several inbuilt slots. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic it was postponed further and was supposed to conducted in the month of July, but later seeing the hazard of Covid-19 it was again postponed to the month of September.  Recently NTA announced the exam date for JEE 2020 to be conducted from 1st to 6th September and NEET 2020 will be conducted on 13th September.  But due to the lockdown and flood situation in many states like Bihar, it is not feasible for students to participate in the exam.
