So finally the suspense of the final year exam is over, Supreme court on Friday said the exam is a must for the degree. Further delay in the exam will be a loss for many other students. The court said that the state or the disaster management authority could delay the final year exam but cannot scrap it. It is a must for a final year student to give an exam and students cannot be promoted without their exam. However, the court also said that if the state has decided that it cannot hold the final examination by September 30, then they shall approach UGC for fixing a new schedule. After the announcement of the date of NEET 2020 And JEE 2020 by NTA; student and their parents demanded to postponed the exam date. Every Year the exam was over in the month of March.
